PURPOSE: A novel KIAA1764 for cell apoptosis or aging is provided to promote prevent and treat disease relating to cell apoptosis and/or aging. CONSTITUTION: A protein for controlling cell apoptosis or cell aging contains an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2 or 4. A gene for controlling cell apoptosis or aging encodes an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2 or 4. The gene has a nucleic acid of sequence number 1 or 3. A recombinant vector containing the gene contains the gene. A pharmaceutical composition contains a protein for controlling cell apoptosis or aging, the gene, or the recombinant vector. The pharmaceutical composition is used for preventing or treating diseases relating to cell apoptosis. |
