<p>The present invention arranges divided small pieces of an original base with no clearance on a sheet in a simplified way. Provided is a method of manufacturing a base sheet including: a cutting step (S11) of cutting an original base, which has one end surface bonded to a first sheet member, into small pieces; transfer steps (S31, S32, S33) of transferring the small pieces to a second sheet member by bonding, to the other end surfaces of the small pieces, the second sheet member capable of shrinking in the direction along the surface, and peeling the first sheet member from one end surfaces of the small pieces after the cutting step (S11); and a shrinkage step (S21) of shrinking the second sheet member in the direction along the surface after the transfer steps (S31, S32, S33).</p> |
