PURPOSE: A video display device and a content managing method using the same are provided to increase the convenience of a user in case of reproducing content stored in a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A first content is displayed in a first area of an image display device. A first image showing mobile terminal and a second image showing second content of the mobile terminal are displayed in a second area of a screen(S100). A third image showing an apparatus for reproducing, storing, or transmitting the second content is displayed in a third area of the screen according to a first command of a user(S110,S120).
