PURPOSE: A method for treating a coated plastic part is provided to treat a large size part by omitting a process of smashing the parts while a coating layer is removed. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating a coated plastic part is as follows. A coating layer which contains a thermosetting resin is embrittled while the plastic product having the coating layer is exposed to a temperature of 400~1000°C. The coating layer is formed on a plastic molded article(10) around a metal coating layer(11).
