摘要

PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of a solar cell by increasing an amount of electric charges which are transferred from at least one of an emitter part and a first electric field part to a first electrode and a second electrode. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(110) having a first conductivity type is formed. An emitter part(121) having a second conductivity type which is opposite to the first conductivity type is formed on the substrate. A first electric field part(170) is formed while being spaced from the emitter part on the substrate. A first electrode connected to the emitter part is formed. A second electrode connected to the first electric field part is formed.
