PURPOSE: A power management terminating device is provided to easily analyze power usage amount of an electronic device and to intellectually control the power usage amount. CONSTITUTION: A power management terminating device(20) comprises a communications unit(21), a power measurement unit(22), a power data generating unit(23), and a control data generating unit(24). The communications unit communicates with a user terminal. The power measurement unit is connected to an electronic device and measures power usage amount of the electronic device. The power data generating unit creates power data by analyzing data measured through the power measurement unit and provides the created power data to the user terminal. The control data generating unit creates a control data by analyzing the created power data and controls operation of the electronic device according to the control data.
