PURPOSE: A photo-bioreactor for culturing microalgae is provided to promote the growth microalgae and to maximize carbon dioxide fixation. CONSTITUTION: A photo-bioreactor comprises: a reactor main body(11) having an inner space of predetermined area; a separation film(21) for making carbon dioxide gas in microbubbles; one or more partitions for increasing pathways of carbon dioxide; and a light source(22) for directly supplying light in a reaction main body.
