SEALANT FOR SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a sealant is provided to obtain mechanical stability of the sealant by ceramic powder, and to able to produce large amount of sealant with thin thickness through by tape casting. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a sealant comprises: a step of manufacturing slurry by adding 30-60 weight% of glass powder, and 40-70 weight% of ceramic powder; a step of ball mill pulverizing the slurry; and a step of tape casting the ball mill pulverized slurry, and drying the slurry. The glass powder is formed by manufacturing frit by melting barium oxide(BaO)-silicon oxide(SiO2)-boric acid(B2O3)-aluminum oxide(Al2O3)-oxide zirconia(ZrO2) mixture, and crushing the frit.
