PURPOSE: A commercial cooker is provided to easily discharge steam, gas, and high-temperature heat occurred in a cooking chamber to the outside by forming a steam outlet path in the rear of the cooking chamber. CONSTITUTION: A commercial cooker comprises cooking chambers, a case(200), and a steam outlet path(300). Steam outlets(130) are formed on the rear surface of each cooking chamber. Burners are formed inside the cooking chambers. The case is separated from the cooking chambers and covers the top, bottom, left, and right surfaces of the cooking chambers. The steam outlet path is installed in the case to be connected to the steam outlets and discharges steam from the cooking chambers to the outside.
