PURPOSE: A valve apparatus of a hot-water distributor is provided to enable open/close operation to be clearly made and to enable a valve driving unit and a valve assembly to be clearly coupled since a motor can precisely control the valve assembly. CONSTITUTION: A valve apparatus of a hot-water distributor comprises a valve assembly(100). The valve assembly comprises a pipe body, a valve case, a valve carrier and a shaft(140). The pipe body comprises a through hole to pass the fluid. The valve case is inserted into the connection part of the pipe body. The valve carrier is combined with the inside of the valve case. The shaft is combined with the inside of the valve carrier. A driving unit comprises a case(210), a carrier(220), a handle member(230), a gear unit and a motor(250). The carrier is installed in the case and is coupled to the shaft. The handle member surrounds the carrier and slides. The gear unit engages with the handle member and rotates it. The motor drives the gear unit.
