PURPOSE: A fruit peeling apparatus is provided to enable users to set the initial position of a peeling unit by the size of fruits before a peeling process for improving the quality of peeled fruits. CONSTITUTION: A fruit peeling apparatus comprises the following: a holder installing on a body housing(100) for holding fruits and rotating the fruits around a shaft passing through the center of the fruits; a stalk removal unit(200) installed on the body housing for removing the stalk from the fruits; a peeling unit(400) removing the skin from the fruits rotated by the holder; a position setting unit(500) assorting the fruits by size, and selecting the initial position of the peeling unit by the size of the fruits for transferring the obtained signal to a controller; and the controller(600) controlling the holder and the peeling unit, and locating the peeling unit by the signal from the position setting unit. |
