PURPOSE: A photoelectro-motive force module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize electric contact area between an electrode and a bus bar by not forming a light-transmission opening in an area in which the bus bar is not formed. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(110) is formed on a substrate(100). A photoelectric transformation layer(120) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(130) is formed on the photoelectric transformation layer. The second electrode comprises a light-transmitting area and non-light-transmitting area. A bus bar(150) is formed on the non-light-transmitting area. The bus bar receives a current created by the photoelectric transformation layer and transfers the current to outside. The first electrode, the photoelectric transformation layer, and the second electrode form a plurality of unit batteries which are connected in series. |
