PURPOSE: A prefabricated exterior finishing material of a building is provided to improve an insulation and exterior durability of a building and prevent a condensation so that a lifetime of the exterior finishing material is extended. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated exterior finishing material of a building comprises a backing plate(2), a top plate, and a joint(4). The backing plate comprises a wall coupling member(21) and hollow part(22). A through-hole guides a screw(210) fixed to a wall. The hollow part is communicated with outside. The top plate is plied up to the outer direction of the wall. The joint is formed in the backing and top plates, thereby joining the backing and top plates. |
