A method of layered cutting spongy titanium unit includes preparation of the unit for cutting, its installation on a table of cutting plant, securing the unit on the table of assembly by a clamping device and layered cutting by a cutting tool. The unit is set on the table of assembly with a bottom part turned to the cutting tool and cut with a constant velocity by layers with thickness of 0.01-0.10 of the unit height prior to its destruction by the clamping device, and the end of the spongy unit is crushed and cut by the cutting tool, speed of the clamping device exceeds for 2-3 times the speed of the cutting tool. |
