Side-rail fixing system - is for electromagnetic railway and uses recesses in sides of concrete beam folded with poured concrete

The method is for renewing fixing positions of side rails on the track of a high speed electromagnetic railway. The side rails (10) are attached to either side of a track bearer of steel or concrete, and at every second track bearer the fixings of both side rails are removed together with its splicing plate. The fixings and recesses are cleaned out ready for refixing, repositioned and clamped while the recesses are filled with self hardening material. USE/ADVANTAGE - The refixing process is carried out quickly causing little interference with the track.
