FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: regenerative condensate heating device includes mixing-type heaters (1, 2) located at various elevation points and having heating steam supply connection pipes from turbine extractions and condensate supply (5, 6) and discharge (7,8) connection pipes. Heaters are connected as to steam to turbine extractions, and as to condensate to condenser (9) through emergency overflow pipelines (10, 11) with hydraulic locks (12, 13). Hydraulic locks are provided with condensate supply pipelines (14, 15) for their filling from pump (16) after condenser through shutoff devices (17, 18). Emergency overflow pipelines are connected through an intermediate reservoir (19) equipped with non-return valve (20) on inner condensate inlet connection pipe (21) from upper heater (1) and with receiving chamber (22) of make-up condensate, which is connected to lower part of hydraulic lock (12) before condenser. Pressure header (24) of the pump after condenser is connected to lower part of hydraulic lock (13) after lower heater (2) via pipelines before (25) and after (15) shutoff device (18). Pipeline (10) connecting hydraulic lock (12) to condenser (9) is introduced under the condensate level in condenser. ^ EFFECT: protection of turbine against water overflow to its flow-through part; invention allows reducing the height of hydraulic lock on emergency overflow pipeline from lower heater and thus enlarging the pressure range when using mixing heaters; make-up water flow for cooling of hydraulic locks is reduced. ^ 1 dwg |
