PURPOSE: A point of interest display apparatus and a method thereof are provided to easily inform information with respect to a point of interest to a driver by providing a searched point-of-interest result together with a navigation screen. CONSTITUTION: A controller displays a navigation screen on an output part(S110). A user selects a point-of-interest mode(S120). The controller displays point-of-interest categories on the output part(S130). The controller searches a point of interest corresponding to a selected category(S140). The navigation screen and a point-of-interest guide screen are displayed on the same screen(S150). |
