PURPOSE: A progressive rate controlling method and a system thereof through a non-compact image communication in a wireless system are provided to receive non-compact image pixel information and to control transmission data rate. CONSTITUTION: A wireless transmission device(11) obtains pixel information of non-compression video pixels. The wireless transmission device controls transfer rate of data in order to obtain rate-reduced pixel information. The wireless transmission device transmits rate-reduced pixel information through wireless communication medium.
