MOVABLE MAGNET TYPE LINEAR ACTUATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable magnet type linear actuator which can adjust the magnetic flux distribution of a permanent magnet properly.

SOLUTION: A movable magnet type linear actuator has a magnetic circuit mc to reciprocate a mover 2 relatively in relation to a stator 1. The magnetic circuit mc comprises: stator cores 10 to configure the stator 1; a mover core 20 to configure the mover 2; pairs of permanent magnets 12a and 12b each of which is arranged in a counter part 20a facing the stator core 10 from among the mover core 20 along the reciprocation direction and which inverts a magnetic pole on a surface of the side facing each of the stator cores 10; coils 11 wound around the stator cores 10. Gaps 30 with lower magnetic permeability than the mover core 20 are formed by removing a part of the counter parts 20a between a part of the counter parts 20a of the mover core 20 which is the magnetic flux path and the permanent magnets 12b in order to configure a magnetic flux distribution adjustment part 3 which changes the magnetic flux distribution of the permanent magnets 12a and 12b compared to the case in which there is no gap 30.
