<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more clearly distinguish color differences of input image data on subtractive color image data. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: a hue specification unit 42 for specifying which of plural hue regions obtained by division based on hue in a color space the hue of each pixel constituting image data belongs to; an output color correspondence relation determination unit 202 for determining a correspondence between each of the plural hue regions and an output color to be used for generating subtractive color image data; and a subtractive color image generation unit 204 for converting the color of each pixel constituting the image data to the output color corresponding to the specified hue region to generate the subtractive color image data. The output color correspondence relation determination unit 202 constitutes a representative color which is a color determining the range of the output color, and maps a color obtained by changing a mixture ratio of plural color materials whose number is less than the number of output colors and which are different from each other to each of the hue regions as the output color. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
