<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable evaluation of a usage improvement activity as energy-saving measures and of a business activity and the like as operation. <P>SOLUTION: The activity management apparatus includes: storage means 10 for storing instruction information which includes instruction contents for instructing each person in charge on an activity, schedule information with which notification mail including the instruction contents is distributed to a terminal of the each person in charge, address information of the terminal of each person in charge to be a distribution destination of the notification mail, and execution information which indicates an execution status of the instruction contents; distribution means 12 for distributing the notification mail including the instruction contents to the terminal of each person in charge to be a distribution destination of the notification mail according to the schedule information and the address information; and execution management means 13 for updating the execution information, assuming that the instruction contents included in the notification mail has been executed if reply mail to the notification mail is received, and on the other hand, and updating the execution information, assuming that the instruction contents included in the notification mail has not been executed if a reply mail to the notification mail is not received within a predetermined period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
