PURPOSE: A light emitting apparatus and a lighting system are provided to reduce the color deviation of light by forming a fluorescent material layer with constant thickness in a first sealing member. CONSTITUTION: In a light emitting apparatus and a lighting system, a first cavity(41) and a second cavity(42) are formed in a body(30). A first electrode(31) and a second electrode(32) are formed on the body. A light emitting device(100) is electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode. A first sealing member(50) is arranged in a cavity and surrounds the light emitting device. A fluorescent material layer(60) is formed on the first sealing member. A second sealing member(70) is formed on the fluorescent material layer. |
