PURPOSE: A device and a method for heating a cold rolled and coated sheet and a combustion control device thereof are provided to improve the heating efficiency of a cold rolled sheet by satisfying a heating furnace with oxygen-free conditions. CONSTITUTION: A combustion control device of a device for heating a cold rolled and coated sheet comprises a heating amount calculation unit, a mixed fuel calculation unit, and a valve controller. The heating amount calculation unit calculates the heating amount of fuel from fuel components supplied to a combustor and a mixer(150). The mixed fuel calculation unit calculates the amount of fuel required for heating and the amount of air using the calculated heating amount. The valve controller controls the opening and closing of a fuel valve(130) and an air valve connected to the mixer.
