<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust valve which has a large vacuum breaking capacity and can quickly carry out vacuum breaking. <P>SOLUTION: On a casing including a body 1 and a lid 2, a valve chamber 3 is formed with an inflow port 4 open at the lower part and an outflow port 5 at the upper part. Between the valve chamber 3 and the outflow port 5, a valve seat 6 is formed. The body 1 integrally includes a plurality of ribs 9 projecting inward on the inner wall of the valve chamber 3. On the inner side of the rib 9, a float receptacle 10 is provided, having a bottom, shaped roughly cylindrical, and provided with through-holes 8 communicating with the inside and the outer side at the bottom. Inside the float receptacle 10, a ball-shaped float 12 is disposed in a free state. The float receptacle 10 is arranged to be energized toward the outflow port 5 by a coil spring 13 as an elasticity member. An opening and closing member 16 is provided, which makes the opening area of the through-holes 8 small when the float receptacle 10 is displaced toward the outflow port 5, and at the same time makes the opening area of the through-holes 8 large when the float receptacle 10 is displaced toward the inflow port 4 against the coil spring 13 by the momentum of outside air rapidly flowing from the outflow port 5 into the valve chamber 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
