<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deposit-removal implement which follows the oscillation of a material, which is being carried, to remove a deposit on the surface of the material, makes the recovery and recycle of the deposit easily conducted, and is simple in structure; and to provide a deposit-removal device. <P>SOLUTION: The deposit-removal implement 20 includes: a material-contacting face part 21 in which a contacting through hole 21a, which a material W contacts to pass through, is to be formed or formed; a rectangular plate part 22 for fixation in which a circular through hole, through which the material W passes, is formed; and a cylindrical connection part 23 which connects the material-contacting face part 21 with the plate part 22 for fixation. In this case, the deposit-removal implement 20 is molded, as one united body, with the material-contacting face part 21, connection part 22 and plate part 23 for fixation of rubber material.
