PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress slippery grip of a clip.SOLUTION: A clip tenter is equipped with a clip and rails. Rails in pair are arranged in both sides of a film transfer path. An interval of rails widens from upstream to downstream along a conveying direction of film. The clip is movable freely along the rails. The clip is equipped with a frame 33 and a flapper 34. The flapper 34 is attached to the frame 33 by a rotary shaft. The frame 33 has a supporting surface 33a for supporting a rear surface 12b. A pressing surface 34a capable of contacting a surface 12f is prepared on one end of the flapper 34. An engaging head is prepared on the other end of the flapper 34. The flapper 34 becomes free to rotate between a gripping position where the pressing surface 34a contacts a film 12 supported by the supporting surface 33a and an elongation position where the pressing surface 34a separates from the film 12 supported by the supporting surface 33a. A groove 34az is prepared in the pressing surface 34a.
