The surface has a plastic part that is over-molded on a metallic insert (1) in which anchorage elements of the insert are drown. The elements include zones that are cut in a plane plate-shaped part of the insert and folded out of a plane of the plate-shaped part to obtain a set of tongues (5) located in the same plane with angular disposition with respect to the plane of the plate-shaped part. Each tongue is arranged on a side of the plate-shaped part between free spaces (6) separating the tongues successively folded on the same side of the plate-shaped part.
