A locking system for a slide fastener, comprising a first slide fastener tab 1 with a central opening, and a second slide fastener tab 2. The second tab is dimensioned so that it can pass through the opening of the first slide fastener when held at one angle, but interlocks with the first tab at another angle. The first and second tabs have hook shaped projections 3 that can interlock with each other. A section 5 on each tab may be used in combination with a padlock for locking the tabs together. |
