<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil tank capable of avoiding mixture of air accumulated in a hydraulic circuit in advance in oil stored in a tank body. <P>SOLUTION: A flow-in pipe 35 provided on an oil tank 20 is branched in front of a tank body 26, at least one first path 35a is communicated with an air layer via a stop valve 33, and the other second path 35b is communicated with inside the oil 25 stored in the tank body 26 in advance.
