Disclosed is a method for producing an anode plate for a non-aqueous secondary battery, said method being able to evaluate whether or not a binding agent is localized to an electrode surface without decreasing the productivity of the anode plate for a non-aqueous secondary battery. The method for producing an anode plate for a non-aqueous secondary battery, which is produced by means of applying to a collector body an electrode mixture containing at least an anode active material and a binding agent and then causing the drying thereof, is provided with an inspection step that measures the reflectivity of the film-coated surface of the anode plate after the aforementioned applying and drying, and determines the quality thereof, and in the aforementioned inspection step, anode plates of which the reflectivity of the film-coated surface of the aforementioned anode plate is in the range of 15-35% when the angle of incidence and the angle of light reception are each in the range of 80°-90° are determined to be good. |
