WORK INSTRUCTION GENERATION SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse a work written instruction with high degree of accuracy when generating the work written instruction by reuse of the work written instruction of an existing production process using a component having a similar shape.

SOLUTION: A work instruction generation system includes: a part piece/process database storing part pieces and production processes using the part pieces together with work instruction information; a part piece information acquisition part acquiring information about a first part piece of a product model for creating a work instruction from a CAD of the product model; a similar part piece/process retrieval part retrieving a second part piece having a characteristic amount similar to the first part piece from the part pieces stored in the part piece/process database; and a process registration part generating a production process flow of the product model. The process registration part uses the work instruction generation system characterized by generating the production process flow by using the work instruction information related to the second part piece as work information of work or a process used with the first part piece similar to the second part piece.
