PURPOSE: Ice cream mix, bean curd, noodles, and bread containing a laver-water extract solution, and producing methods thereof are provided to improve the taste, the color, the flavor, and the texture of the products. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of Ice cream mix, bean curd, noodles, and bread uses a laver-water extract solution obtained by the following steps: crushing fresh laver before adding water and extracting; centrifugal-separating the obtained extract, and decompress-filtering surface water; decompress-concentrating the obtained filtrate to obtain the laver-water extract solution. 100parts of bean curd by weight contains 0.5~3parts of laver-water extract solution by weight. 100parts of flour by weight for producing the noodles contains 0.5~3parts of laver-water extract solution by weight. |
