摘要 Disclosed are: a white-light-emitting LED lighting device which enables the reduction in color unevenness of an illuminating light; and an optical lens. The white-light-emitting LED lighting device (101) comprises a white-light-emitting LED (1) and an optical lens (111) which are so arranged that the optical axes of these components are the almost same as each other. The white-light-emitting LED (1) comprises an LED chip which can emit light having a peak wavelength in a blue wavelength region and a phosphor of which the wavelength is converted to produce a phosphor having a yellow or yellow-green color (which is a complementary color for blue color) when excited with light emitted from the LED chip. The optical lens (111) comprises light incidence parts (121b, 121c) into which light emitted from the white-light-emitting LED is introduced and a light emission part (122) from which light is emitted outerward, and is made from a light-scattering/guiding material (121) having a uniform volume scattering performance. In the light-scattering/guiding material (121), light-scattering particles which have such a light scattering performance that the light-scattering efficiency in a short wavelength region of light is higher than that in a long wavelength region of light and which have predetermined particle diameters are contained in the largest amount.
