PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to include a structure in the circumference of a base and in the base with a plurality of holes, thereby improving a light distribution characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light emitting devices(133) is arranged in a substrate. A member(120) comprises a structure with a predetermined inclined plane in the circumference of a base and the base with a plurality of holes. A bulb surrounds a plurality of light emitting devices and the member. An inclined plane of the structure has a predetermined slope in a substrate direction. A circumference end of the structure is located on a plane which lies in a same line as a bottom plane of the substrate(131).
