<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens array for reliably acquiring monitor light and facilitating of manufacturing, and an optical module equipped with the lens array. <P>SOLUTION: Light of each light emitting element incident on a first lens surface 11 is split to a second lens surface 12 side and a third lens surface 13 side respectively by a reflection/transmission layer 17 between a first optical surface 14a and a first prism surface 16a. Monitor light contained in the light split to the third lens surface 13 side is emitted to a light receiving element 8 side by the third lens surface 13, and an optical path of the incidence side to the first optical surface 14a and an optical path of the emission side to the second optical surface 14b are made parallel to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
