PURPOSE: An oil-filled transformer is provided to improve an entire heat-radiating effect by changing a structure of a heat-radiating unit. CONSTITUTION: A heat-radiating unit(200) for receiving the oil and radiating the heat is connected to an external case(110). A wiring unit(120) is installed in the inside of the external case and includes an iron core(121) and a wiring(122). An oil inlet unit(130) receives the oil from the heat-radiating unit and guides the oil to a bottom space within the external case, A partition plate(140) includes a plurality of connecting holes for supplying the oil along the oil inlet unit. An oil outlet unit(150) guides the oil to the heat-radiating unit. A connective pipe(160) includes a plurality of discharging holes.
