PURPOSE: A pitch-change and transfer device for an automated device is provided to solve the limitation to the installation position of a component since even if the pitch of the targets of a source point is different from that of the targets of a destination point, the pitch changes by a holder. CONSTITUTION: A pitch-change and transfer device for an automated device comprises a holder(40) and a gap adjusting block(50). The holder consists of an installation block(60) and a suction unit(70). The guide slit(63) of the installation block is formed in the length direction of a target. The suction unit comprises a plurality of suction members(80) and an elastic member(90). The suction members are slidably coupled to the guide slide and are arranged at regular intervals. When the suction member sucks the target from a source point or releases the target from a destination point, both ends of the elastic member are supported on facing surfaces of the suction member to return the interval between changed suction members.
