PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing program and an image processing apparatus which improve image retrieval accuracy compared to cases without having this configuration. SOLUTION: A label candidate specifying part 34 specifies label candidates associated to each of a plurality of partial images whose locations in an accepted image are different from each other based on the distribution of image elements included in the image. A label specifying part 38 specifies a label associated to the partial image among the label candidates associated to the partial image based on the feature quantity of the partial image for each partial image. An image output part 44 outputs an image according to the combination of the labels associated to each partial image obtained from an image storage part 20 which stores the plurality of images.
