PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reed screen device capable of easily changing a lighting amount and a ventilating amount without winding up a reed screen by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This reed screen device 1 includes the reed screen 20 and a winding part 10 for winding up the reed screen. The reed screen 20 is configured by stretching pairs of elastic members 22, which are stretched between both ends of adjacent two rod members 21, respectively, and which elastically approach the two rod members 21 each other, in order between the adjacent two rod members 21 among the plurality of rod members 21. The reed screen comprises hooks 25 which are engaged with the rod member 21 at the bottom end of the reed screen 20 to restrict the upward movement of the rod member 21 at the bottom end.
