<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to use a solar cell module in which some cells has a problem by connecting a failure cell to adjacent cells each other. CONSTITUTION: In a solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same, a plurality of solar cells are formed on the first area of a substrate(100). A solar cell includes a rear electrode pattern(200), a light absorption layer(300), a buffer layer(400), and a front electrode layer(500). A metal layer pattern is formed on the second region of the substrate. The metal layer pattern electrically interlinks the rear electrode pattern in a failure cell. An amorphous pattern is formed between the metal layer patterns.</p> |
