PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning material obtaining hygroscopicity, resilience and air permeability at a high level. SOLUTION: A face side fabric layer 3 formed of an air permeable fabric 2, and a three-dimensional mesh-like cushioning layer 5 formed of a three-dimensional mesh body 4 made of resin, are bonded in the laminated state.
