PURPOSE: A substrate strip is provided to prevent the wrapage of a substrate strip by forming a carrier dam in the outside width direction of a dummy area and corner in a length direction. CONSTITUTION: In a substrate strip, bump is formed in the top side of a substrate unit. A plurality of substrate units are included in a plurality of substrate regions(102). A dummy region(103) surrounds the plural substrate region. A carrier dam(107a) is formed in the dummy area. Te carrier dam have a space on the top of the bump to protect bump.
