PURPOSE: A power line broadcasting transceiving device of a time broadcasting information through a frequency shift modulation of two tone frequency signal are provided to transmit a small amount of data such as visual information to one way through a encoding and modulating based on a tone frequency signal. CONSTITUTION: A power line(100) transmits a predetermined power signal. An encoding nit(200) encodes one time broadcasting information among year, month, data, time, minute corresponding to a specific zero crossing timing of an AC(Alternating Signal) signal into a binary number. To correspond to the encoded time broadcasting information, a broadcasting signal generator(300) generates a time broadcasting signal through a frequency shift key modulation of two tone frequency signals. A broadcasting signal coupling unit(400) unites the time broadcast signal with a power signal.
