PURPOSE: A method for preparing bio-fuel and bio chemical is provided to reduce addition of chemical, nutrition, and carbon source and also save energy cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing bio-fuel comprises: a step of preparing a culture medium containing fermentation waste; a step of inoculating the culture medium to a first microbe; and a step of culturing the first microbe. A method for preparing bio chemical comprises: a step of preparing the culture medium containing fermentation waste; a step of inoculating a second microbe to the culture medium; and a step of culturing the second microbe. The second microbe is yeast, clostridium, E.coli, Bacillus, Anaeromyxobacter, Alcaligenes, Bacterioides, Lactobacillus, Rhodococcus, Colinebacterium, and Mannheimia.
