<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an error originated in vibration of a rotating shaft of a reference roller. <P>SOLUTION: This device includes: the reference roller 12 provided along the rotating shaft 24 vibrating inevitably, and rotating together with the rotating shaft; a detection roller 14 rotating following rotation of the reference roller by being pressed onto a peripheral surface 12a of the reference roller; a detection part 16 for measuring as raw data, positional deviation of the detection roller originated in a thickness of a measuring object medium P conveyed to an abutting part T of the reference roller and the detection roller and in vibration of the rotating shaft; a storage part 18 for storing beforehand vibration normalization data acquired by normalizing positional deviation of each detection roller originated only in vibration of the rotating shaft, by positional deviation generated by vibration of one normalization roller 12<SB>4</SB>; and a correction part 20 for correcting raw data of each detection roller acquired when measuring the thickness of the measuring object medium by a correction value determined by multiplying the vibration normalization data read out from the storage part by the positional deviation of the normalization roller at the measuring time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
