PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To boost luminance of only part with small illuminance of external light on a display screen. SOLUTION: A data display/sensor apparatus 100b includes: a built-in sensor liquid crystal display panel 301 where a display/sensor unit, which is composed of one or a plurality of pixels and a light sensor for detecting illuminance of external light, is arranged planarly; a correction unit 625 for a display data, which corrects and boosts luminance of the pixels according to the illuminance detected by the light sensor in each display/sensor unit; and a driving circuit 304 for a liquid crystal panel, which lights the pixels by using the luminance corrected by the luminance correction means.
