<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a communication terminal device to send a resource allocation request to a communication control device without allocating any dedicated resources for the resource request. <P>SOLUTION: The communication terminal device applied to a wireless communication system in which a communication control device allocates resources used when performing radio transmission from the communication terminal device 200 to the communication control device 100, includes: a decision unit 210 for determining whether to send a resource request to the communication control device 100; and a signal control unit 211 which transmits a signal used for maintaining time/frequency synchronization with the communication control device 100 to the communication control device 100 by a first transmission procedure for maintaining the synchronization and transmits, when the decision unit 210 has determined to send a resource request, the signal to the communication control device 100 by a second transmission procedure indicating the resource request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
