PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock device and a timepiece system wherein the positions of specific characters on a dial always rest still at fixed positions even when the face of the dial inclines or rotates to a plane in a very simple configuration.SOLUTION: The timepiece system including a movement 7 having a drive shaft for driving a pointer member and a fixed shaft 9 for fixing the dial 10 on the outer periphery of the drive shaft is characterized in that it includes a regulation member 15 resting still to rotate the fixed shaft 9 so that specific characters on the dial 10 are balanced at specific resting positions determined on a horizontal face and an inclination face in response to an inclination of the dial 10 to the horizontal face.
