PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for forming an underground pile by effectively discharging an inside filling material in a method for forming the underground pile in the ground.SOLUTION: An underground pile forming head is provided for forming the underground pile while rising from the underground substantially inside a cylindrical part inserted to the underground to form a space and allowing an underground pile forming material to be thrown therein. The underground pile forming head includes an underground excavating blade and at least one added excavating blade. The underground excavating blade has a first blade shape co-rotated together with the cylindrical part by normal direction rotation to excavate the underground downward while applying pressure to the underground pile forming material by reverse direction rotation. The added excavating blade has a second blade shape for excavating the underground pile forming material thrown into the cylindrical part upward by reverse direction rotation. The added excavating blade is separated from the underground excavating blade and disposed above the underground excavating blade.
