PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, a program and a recording medium which does not cause a trouble to viewing of video images by a user even when information regarding functions in the display device is displayed.SOLUTION: In a television 1 with a built-in PC, a TV unit 10 generates synthetic content by synthesizing TV content and display information so as to be arranged in different areas on a screen to be displayed. In addition, the TV unit 10 transmits, when selection of the user to the displayed display information is accepted, control information corresponding to the selected display information to a PC unit 20. On the other hand, the PC unit 20 executes, when the control information transmitted from the TV unit 10 is received, an operation based on the control information. Consequently, even when the information regarding the functions in the display device is displayed, the trouble is not caused to the viewing of the video images by the user. |
